• We operate our own computers, communications equipment and EDI translators
• Transaction data files received from your system are translated to standard EDI documents and sent to your trading partners
• EDI documents received from your trading partners are translated processed by our software and reports/labels are sent to you
• We monitor daily transaction processing and perform the EDI functions you require
• VAN (Value Added Network) connections, if required, are handled by our staff
• We make necessary arrangements with your trading partners to transact business via EDI
• Your company retains full control of business relationships with your trading partners (customers, suppliers and others)
