Hardware Support

MegaData Group is an authorized service centre for many products in the micro marketplace as well as their own brand of PC compatible computers known as Lazer.

We offer on-site installation and relocation services, as well as the following hardware services;

1. On-Site: Your calls are given top priority guaranteed response. We will come to your site within a determined number of hours from your call to repair or replace the defective equipment. MegaData Group can make available loaner equipment to our Service Contract holders, subject to availability.
2. Retainer: This means for clients with a large number of PC's, receiving priority at a reduced rate.
3. In-House: You courier the defective equipment to us and we will repair or provide you with a loaner (subject to availability) within 24 hours. This service includes all parts and labour.
4. Time and Materials: You are charged for labour and parts on an as needed basis.
